Would You Give Food Made With Animal Bones a Try?

Finnish startup SuperGround has developed a method to create chicken nuggets and fish cakes from discarded bones and hard tissues, aiming to reduce food waste and carbon emissions from animal agriculture. The process produces a “smooth and tasty paste” from hard tissues, which can be easily mixed with existing muscle-based food products, offering a sustainable solution to repurpose bones and increase food yield while potentially reducing CO2 emissions.
